By participating in this lucky draw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions as set out below upon purchase of products listed above and emailing in your receipt.

Terms & Conditions

  1. ONE (1) winner per month will be selected at the END of the month, and the voucher will be usable / redeemable 2 months later. The treatment voucher is for use within the redeeming month only, not to make appointments in any other non-redemption months. For example, if a winner is selected in January 2023, then the winner can use the treatment voucher in March 2023 only.
  2. Allocation of lucky draw: participants will be given one lucky draw promotion with every SGD$150 OR USD $110 and above spending in a single receipt of the items listed above. If you purchase multiples of SGD$ 150 or USD $110, you will get more chances for example, if you purchase USD$ 220 worth, then you will get 2 chances of winning that participating month’s $150 treatment voucher lucky draw.
  3. Buyers can be from anywhere in the world, and they need to forward the receipt of purchase to nigel@physioandhand.com to qualify for a lucky draw chance. Winner will be notified by the same email they used to forward the receipt, and we will need your local Singapore mobile number to make the appointment for you.
  4. Winners of lucky draw can nominate themselves or anyone else who is in Singapore for the treatment voucher.
  5. Forfeiture / non-eligibility conditions:
    • if the purchase do not go through our affiliate link (it’s all trackable) which we can verify buyers bought through our link once they send the receipt in by email
    • if the winner do not respond to within 7 days of being selected and notified by email (we will use the same email address they send the receipt proof of purchase)
    • if the winner / nominated user do not make an appointment for use of treatment voucher by 14 days of notification of winning.
    • No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever.
  6. Treatment voucher / prize is NOT redeemable for cash or money.
  7. The winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all their ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.
  8. This is an ongoing lucky draw promotion as of December 2022, and physioandhand.com reserves the right to amend or cancel this lucky draw contest at any time.
  9. We are not paid employees of these products; we are not paid to review or endorse the products. If there’s any issues with any of the products, buyers will communicate directly with the manufacturer.
  10. physioandhand.com has absolute discretion to disqualify any Lucky Draw participants that does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. Such determination is final and conclusive and we are not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

Use of personal information: By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have consented toi) the collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice and/or likeness by physioandhand.com for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from physioandhand.com from time to time.
  12. physioandhand.com shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the Prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfillment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by physioandhand.com of this Lucky Draw shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against physioandhand.com for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  13. The Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
  14. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
